Exciting Opportunity Alert! Happy Campers Infant Toddler Center in San Carlos is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing family in FULL-TIME positions! Our program is expanding rapidly, and we need energetic, professional, and creative team players to help us shine!

If you have experience in an infant, toddler, or preschool classroom (experience must meet California State requirements), we want to hear from you! 

We’re seeking applicants who are available for full-time hours from 8 am to 5 pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with exact hours determined by the Director. Please keep in mind that hours are not negotiable. 

You’ll be working with little ones aged 3 to 24 months, so a passion for nurturing young minds is a must! To apply for the Infant position, a total of 12 ECE units is required, plus an additional 3 infant-specific units. *If you do not have the proper number of ECE units, Happy Campers will consider you for an Assistant Position (salary will be adjusted to match).

All applicants must pass a Fingerprint & FBI Background Check and complete a Basic Health Screening before starting work. All applicants must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

As an Early Childhood Educator specializing in Infant/Toddler education, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Reporting to the Director, your core responsibilities will include classroom management, childcare, and developing engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of infants and toddlers. Your experience in daycare and preschool settings will enhance your ability to support each child’s growth and development. With a focus on communication and behavior management, you will ensure a positive learning experience for every child in your care. Join us in shaping the future of our youngest learners.
